I am a Zebulon native, born and raised in the local area. Growing up, I enjoyed playing guitar, piano, and baseball, but much of my time was spent working on our family's farm. My wife Susan and I currently reside in Zebulon, in the house I grew up in overlooking Pearces Pond. We are both active members of Zebulon Baptist Church, where I haved served as a deacon, a member of the sanctuary choir and a Sunday School class teacher.
I am a licensed Realtor. I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within Zebulon and the surrounding areas. I truly love this area and pride myself on my knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information.
I attended Atlantic Christian College, now Barton college, and then became a graduate of the Realtors Institute at UNC Chapel-Hill. I have been in the real estate business in one form or another for 40 years, with 11 of those spent as a certified real estate appraiser and consultant. I have worked as an appraiser for the Department of Transportation as well as owning my own appraisal practice in the 1990s. I am also a member of the Board of Realtors and in 2004, created my own real estate firm specializing in residential, commercial, and land sales, as well as develpment and rental properties.
I am a customer driven Realtor dedicated to achieving results and providing exceptional service. If you are in the market to buy or sell a home, I will put my 40 years of real estate expertise to work for you!
