Dallas Pearce Realty is comprised of Dallas Pearce, Broker/GRI/Realtor, Billy Green, Broker and Calvin Pippin, Builder/Broker. We proudly serve Wake, Johnston, Nash and Franklin counties and all of Eastern Wake county. We have over 61 combined years of real estate experience locally as well as 11 years of appraisal experience to our credit, and the company motto of, "Be aggressive, not greedy" is a staple of our commitment to excellence and top notch customer service. About Dallas Pearce
Dallas Pearce was born in Zebulon, NC and graduated from Bunn High School. He attended Atlantic Christian College, now Barton college, and then became a graduate of the Realtors Institute at UNC Chapel-Hill. He has been in the real estate business in one form or another for 32 years, with 11 of those spent as a certified real estate appraiser and consultant. He has worked as an appraiser for the Department of Transportation as well as owning his own appraisal practice in the 1990s. He is also a member of the Board of Realtors and in 2004, created his own real estate firm specializing in residential, commercial, and land sales, as well as develpment and rental properties. Dallas is also an active member of the Zebulon Baptist Church, where he currently serves as a deacon, sings in the sanctuary choir, and teaches a mens' Bible study Sunday school class. He and his wife, Susan, currently reside in the recently renovated home that he grew up in overlooking Pearces Pond in Franklin County.
About Billy Green
Billy has been active in real estate sales since 1981, specializing in residential, land and commercial sales. He is a member of Zebulon Baptist Church where he serves as an administrative deacon and sings in the sanctuary choir. Billy was former president of the local Jaycee Chapter and former local board member of RBC Centura Bank. Billy has coached local and little league baseball. Real estate sales and property management are opportunities to meet and associate with people, which Billy enjoys very much!
Billy's wife is Betsy. He has three daughters and 7 grandchildren. They enjoy life and understand the needs of families. Billy's motto is: Helping you get from where you are to where you want to be.
About Calvin Pippin
Calvin Pippin, real estate broker and licensed general contractor, is a lifelong resident of Zebulon and has been in the business of building, selling, developing and property management for over 12 years. He is dedicated to community involvement, having served in capacities as cub scout master, church deacon and trustee, president of the Zebulon Chamber of Commerce and as a member of the Wake County Planning Board. Calvin is constantly researching new trends in building materials, design and green building options in order to bring to you the most up to date ideas available today. He also has a keen sense of vision and can visualize the entire project from beginning to completion. Whether it’s buying, selling, building or renovating Calvin can help.
